Master Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to https://centr.sg and all B2B software development, application engineering, and workflow integration services provided by CENTR SOLUTION PTE. LTD. (Unique Entity Number & IRAS GST Registration No.: 202025281H), incorporated in Singapore with registered office at 18 Sin Ming Lane, #07-13, Midview City, Singapore 573960.

1. Scope of B2B Services

CENTR provides business-to-business custom software development, enterprise web application engineering, CRM/ERP API integration, and technical maintenance services. All deliverables, milestones, and service level commitments are governed by a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA).

2. Regulatory & Industry Restrictions

CENTR operates strictly as a B2B enterprise software and API integration studio. We do not provide financial services, payment processing, money remittance, virtual asset/cryptocurrency services, cybersecurity/penetration testing, gaming/gambling software, or unsolicited bulk telemarketing services.

3. Governing Law

These Terms and any commercial agreements with CENTR SOLUTION PTE. LTD. are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
