Acceptable Use & Messaging Compliance Policy

All clients utilizing software applications, API connectors, or notification workflows developed or maintained by CENTR SOLUTION PTE. LTD. must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and the Singapore Spam Control Act 2007.

1. Opt-In Transactional Workflows Only

Any communication API integration configured by CENTR may only be used for verified, opt-in transactional workflows (such as order confirmations, appointment alerts, and authenticated support updates). Unsolicited bulk messaging, cold outreach, or deceptive content is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Sectors

CENTR does not onboard or build software for entities engaged in illegal gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency exchanges, unlicensed financial services, payday lending, weapons, or multi-level marketing.
